  This eye-opening moment, when our founder first visited a Vietnamese cacao farm, marked the beginning of BINON’s journey.Inspired by the extraordinary potential of cacao, we set out to uncover new possibilities and bring fresh value to Vietnamese cacao. The unique character of the land and the passion of the people involved are poured into every piece of BINON chocolate.

 

1. Farm to Bar

 We oversee every step, from cultivating cacao at our Savan Village farm in Vietnam to fermenting the beans and crafting exceptional chocolate.

 In close partnership with local farmers, we source premium cacao at fair prices, honoring the unique character of each harvest. Every bar embodies the land, the farmers’ dedication, and our passion for extraordinary chocolate.

 

2. NOTHING BUT PURE

   With the rich aroma and fruity acidity of cacao, our chocolate is crafted without any unnecessary additions.

   BINON values cacao and the people who grow it. We work with local farmers, paying fair prices and providing the tools and knowledge they need to thrive. By adding value through delicious chocolate, distinctive packaging, and cacao tourism experiences, we nurture farmers’ pride while revealing the full potential of Vietnamese cacao.

   BINON never compromises on quality. Certified under ISO22000 and HACCP, we carefully manage every step from cacao harvest to production, ensuring chocolates that embody our Farm-to-Bar philosophy.

   A fine balance of fermentation and roasting brings out fruity acidity, deep sweetness, and a honey-like finish, letting you taste the essence of Vietnam in every bite. Awarded silver at the ICA World Final, BINON continues to pursue excellence with passion, aiming for gold.

    BINON CACAO PARK, located in Ba Ria–Vung Tau just two hours from Ho Chi Minh City, offers a hands-on journey into the world of chocolate. Visitors can learn every step—from harvesting cacao to fermentation, roasting, and production—while enjoying fresh cacao smoothies and chocolate desserts at the on-site café.

   Through workshops and events, BINON invites you to explore the depth and beauty behind how chocolate is made.
